Our Coast Program – Tigers Partner with GCK

GOLD COAST | 20.4.22 | Mark Majdandzic

Gold Coast Knights are delighted to welcome Tallebudgera Valley Tigers on board in the Our Coast Program becoming the third partnering club!

An up and coming club based on the Southern end of the Gold Coast, Tallebudgera have been consistently working towards facility improvements and their junior base since entering the competition in 2013.

The club has recently completed a new clubhouse and earned promotion into the local FQPL 3 South Coast competition for the 2022 season.

GCK Football Director Jimmy Gotis said that the Tigers are a club that has a great future ahead of them.

“The club has the facilities now to improve their junior base and expand their age groups throughout the entire club. We believe that we can help achieve their goals and assist the club in their football journey.”

The program will be tailored ground providing opportunities for their up and coming Miniroos and early competition age talent additional training, something that the club hasn’t done in the past.

“The partnership with the Knights will give your children an opportunity to work with some great coaches on the Gold Coast. It is the first time we are providing this for our members and we are excited to see it grow,” said Tallebudgera President Luis Marquez.

We look forward to working with Tallebudgera Valley and the remaining Our Coast partners throughout the year and beyond!
